Leading a PCN – all the money and talk appears to be over what clinical staff we will employ. Who will host them? What type we want? Do we all want the same?
Locally my practices are more interested in working together from a non-clinical point of view. So the question is how do you do this?
Can you have one team scanning? summarising? coding? sorting letters? doing SARs? doing medicals? Prescribing? Love to hear what you have succeeded at.
A lot depends on the IT – data sharing and access. In my iGRP call today there new update allows a user at one workstation to log into multiple practices which is a good step forward.
