Docman 10 is trying to become artificially intelligent!

I’ve just noticed that Docman 10 is asking for practices to signup to an AI project with them and the University of Manchester. They state they believe a lot of paperwork that gets presented to GPs each day is pointless and or could be dealt with by someone else. I agree and indeed lots of practices have been working on trying to manually filter letters either to another person to read or a just file pile.

Docman is saying that they want to feed literally thousands if not more real-world examples into the U of M AI system to try and see if they can correctly work out which letters need to be read and/or actioned.

I think this is a brilliant idea and I’m going to sign my practice up to their tests. Please think about signing up yours too!
